Mechanics Hoists (single-phase)

ACI's single-phase electric chain hoists are among the most dependable on the market. The Mechanics Hoist (MH) series was designed for heavy duty applications, which greatly reduces down time and operational costs. Single-phase electric chain hoists are ideal for mechanics and other shop applications, where lightweight hoists and portability count. Operates on standard 110-120V AC, which means you can plug it in just about anywhere! The long fifteen foot power cord plugs into any standard outlet.  No three-phase hook-up necessary! ACI chain hoists tolerate large loads with ease and require little maintenance.  May be purchased on its own or bundled with a heavy-duty push trolley.

Characteristics 

Capacity  Range ¼ ton to 1 ton. Braking  Dual-braking system combines mechanical plus regenerative braking. Load Sheave  Deep-groove pockets fully support the load chain. Sheave provides smoother lifting, reduces vibration and reduces chain wear. Friction Clutch  A high performance and long life friction clutch that is integrated with the load brake. The Friction Clutch is designed to slip in order to prevent over loading and over travel that could damage the hoist. Chain End Stop Assembly  For added protection the chain end stop assembly fits below the end link of the lifting chain. Heat Treated Gearing  The gears are machined for a longer life span. The ball or needle bearings at all rotating points run in oil bath lubrication for a quieter, smoother and cooler operation. Chain Guide  Heavy cast iron construction for improved wear. The chain guide provides a quieter and smoother guiding of the chain. The chain guide is easy to remove without disassembling the hoist and features easy capacity conversion. Compact Design  The die-cast body offers low head room to fit into tight areas and is class F insulated for longer life and trouble-free service. Hoist Motor  The horsepower and duty ratings provide increased performance for industrial situations. The compact DC motor (with rectifier for AC input) reduces weight, generates less heat and maintains duty cycles. Load Chain  Grade 80 superior quality load chain is heat treated for wear resistance, long life and dependable service. Control Panel  Easy maintenance, simple layout of the controls, easy-access. Chain Container  The vinyl chain bag container is provided standard with the Mechanics Hoist. 15' Power Cord  Long 15' power plugs into any standard outlet.

Prices (Hook-Mounted)
