Electric Chain Hoists (three-phase)
ACI's electric chain hoists are among the most dependable on the market. The ECH
series was designed for heavy duty industrial
applications, which greatly reduce down time and operational costs.
ACI chain hoists tolerate large loads with ease and require
little maintenance.
They provide more allowance for side pulling, and provide true
vertical lift at no extra cost.
Characteristics
 Over $950.00 in features that other you'd pay extra for elsewhere
come standard on ACI hoists.

● Sealed body suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.

● Forged carbon steel hooks.
● Heavy duty chain bag.
● Easy maintenance
control panel.
● Heavy duty motor rated H4.
● Aluminum body.
● Unique, heavy-duty chain guide.
● Re-connectible voltage 230/460 volts
/ 3-phase / 60 Hz for single
speed.
● Pull rotor motor brake.
●
Power upper and lower limit switch as an added safety measure. Power limit cuts motor
power, not control voltage.
● Heat treated helical and spur gears.
● Lifetime lubricated bearings and gear reducer.
● Mechanical load brake inside gearbox with motor brake as dual
brake system for added safety.
● Lifting eye required in many specifications for equipment
over 40 pounds.
● Overload limiter to prevent dangerous overloading.
● Fuses on input as required by national electric code NEC.
● All ECH series hoists come with a heavy-duty chain container.
● Grade 80 super alloy load chain is precisely calibrated and heat
treated for long life (safety factor is 6-1).
